Postage and Deliveries
All items are sent First Class Recorded delivery. We endeavour to post them out within two working days, however if you're in a hurry then please just call us on 01132 505 600 and we will do our best to help you out.
Please note that our main Booking Office is open Monday-Friday and any emails sent over the weekend will not be responded to until Monday morning.
Calls made over the weekend will be diverted directly to the skydiving centre where the reception staff will try to answer any queries or you can leave a message.
Returns and Refunds
If you are unhappy with your item then please contact us on 01132 505 600 or shop@skydiving.co.uk. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase providing the item is returned to us in a saleable condition.
