Registration for the BPA Nationals Open

We have some great news for you, registration for the BPA Nationals being held at Skydive Hibaldstow are now open. Register your team and take part in the UK’s biggest skydiving competition!

Skydive Hibaldstow first held the UK Nationals in 1993 and with the exception of 1 year, we’ve had them ever since in 4-way and Artistics. Over the years other events have come and gone (and returned again) like Vertical Formation Skydiving and Speed Skydiving.

Wingsuit Nationals

In 2018, we have a discipline we’ve never hosted before, it’s the Wingsuit Nationals which splits down into Performance Flying and Acrobatic Flying. They’re being held from the 13th to 15th July separate from the other disciplines due to their alternate aircraft run-in requirements. Even if you’ve just got your WS1, you can come along to the competition and take part. Speak to our friend chief instructor Rob Spour on 01652 648837 to let him know and get his approval.

Prices

There are 2 main components to your entry fees – the individual entry fee and the cost of your jumps.

We want to encourage you all to enter early and we’re willing to give you a discounted individual entry fee! So with that in mind, if you register by the 17:00 Tuesday  before August’s competition starts, we will drop from £50 down to £35! Wingsuit price is £50, no early bird offer.

To find the price of your jumps, you will need to work out what you’re doing. This means knowing which event you’re entering, is it a team discipline, are you using pool camera (FS & Artistics), are you registering to take part if more than one team?

For many years, we have been running a sister website called www.skydivingchampionships.com which has a lot more information and has the live scores and blog running. As we get closer to the event, we will be announcing the 2018 official logo and some team interviews too.

Dates

With so many events going on, here’s a run down of what’s happening and when:

• Wingsuiting (Performance and Acrobatics) | 13th to 15th July
• 4-Way, VFS | 24th – 27th August
• 8-Way, Freefly, Freestyle and Speed Skydiving | 1st to 3rd September

How to Enter

There are 3 steps which you need to take which confirm you and your teams’ entry this year:

1. Fill out the entry form below.
2. Contact the office on 01652 648837 and pay your entry fees. This must be done by 17:00 on the day before each competition begins. If you are entering more than one team, please fill out this additional form.
3. Turn up to the dropzone, and sign the entry and anti-doping parts of the entry form. It’s important that at least one team member must be present for the competition brief.
