It feels like the weather is finally on the turn!

After a much welcomed heatwave and a string of fantastic events, we’re feeling a lot more optimistic about the rest of the season.

Our house coaches Nick Davison, Bradley Shelton and Andy Godwin have been keeping jumpers happy with regular coaching and June saw the start of the first UK TrackDayz. Despite some testing conditions, we caught every possible gap in the weather and everybody left very happy. Having some of the biggest names in skydiving at the dropzone was a privilege and an honour. We’re glad everybody had such a great weekend!

June also saw the return of The Big Geekend. Many thanks to organisers Jack, Krystian and Jodie-Leigh for an incredible weekend with a great turnout. All jumpers involved said it was refreshing to have an event where nothing is taken too seriously as it was all about having a laugh. The photos definitely reflect this nicely.

Our special mention this newsletter goes to Ryan Lai who flew over from Singapore to get his A Licence in 2 weeks. Not only did he get his A Licence within the first week, but he has also gone on to get over 35 jumps and is close to getting his B Licence. Well done, Ryan!
