How Does It Work?
Once you’ve purchased one of our Christmas Vouchers, you can phone our office and book your jump for a suitable date within 12 months of purchase. Our courses are safe and provide all the training you need to jump. Every jump is with a fully qualified tandem instructor and you don’t need any prior experience, just a sense of adventure!
We’ll also provide all the gear including goggles, jumpsuits, the all important parachute and instructor.
What the Day Looks Like
- Certificate moment: Land safely and collect your skydiving certificate – a keepsake to remember the day.
- Briefing: Before you jump, there’s a short 20-minute theory session. Learn about the equipment and what to expect in freefall.
- Getting ready: We’ll fit your harness comfortably and securely to your size, then give you some goggles and gloves.
- The Ascent: Your instructor will guide you on to the airplane and from there, it’s a fast and smooth ride to 15000ft. Make sure you look out of the window to see the view of the Lincolnshire countryside and coastline.
- Freefall: This is where the experience hits the spot. You’ll leap together from 15,000 ft and experience up to one minute of freefall reaching speeds of around 120 mph!
- Canopy ride: Your instructor will open the parachute and then you’ll glide down for a peaceful, scenic descent about our airfield at Skydive Hibaldstow. The landing will be a smooth touchdown.
