More Information

For those teams who have access to multiple parachute systems, there is the opportunity to do back-to-back skydives. For those not able to, don’t worry, the turn around is quick.

If you are jumping at competition height of 10,500ft, our aircraft will get there in under 12 minutes. Our efficient manifesting system enables teams to train as intensively as they wish.

If you do not want to stay on-site, there are plenty of accommodation options close by ranging from camping, to hotels. There’s also many local eating places.

Jedi Airware

If you are in need of a new jump suit, helmet, camera gear, gloves, goggles, altimeters, audibles or a complete rig, then our partnership with Jedi is the perfect place to go for you equipment needs. Led by Hibaldstow regular Nick Davison, he is often to be found at the dropzone and has an equipment store located in the main building.

If he’s not available, you can email Nick here or give him a call on 07989 985560.

FS Coaching & Organising

We pride ourselves as a centre of excellence for formation skydiving and vertical formation skydiving. In fact, we’ve hosted the UK British National Championships every year precisely because we have the aircraft capacity and turnaround ability.

Every weekend we have local load organisers and FS coaches on hand to help.

Check out our Events Calendar for more details.

Freefly & TRACKING

In 2026, we plan to announce lots of freefly and tracking load organisers. Most weekends, we have events going on. Here’s some of the well-known coaches who visit Skydive Hibaldstow:

  • Andy Godwin – Want to work towards your FF1 or FF2? Andy has a passion for anyone wanting to make a strong start in the world of freefly by gaining a solid foundation
  • Nick Davison – Freeflying and tracking progression
  • Ally Milne – High-level freefly load organising

We have a dedicated experienced jumper Facebook page with up-to-date information and events so be sure to check that out.

AAD Announcement

Skydive Hibaldstow has become an automatic activation device (AAD) mandatory dropzone. We believe that the use of an AAD has now become an essential safety requirement for skydiving. All tandem and accelerated freefall equipment comes fitted with an AAD.

Exceptions: Solo hop and pop jumps made for the purpose of ‘CP’ or high performance landings and canopy formation jumps, both with the prior approval of the Chief Instructor.
