Our Anti-Slavery Policy

  1. Intro

    Modern slavery is a crime which encompasses two key offences which are: slavery, servitude, and forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. Skydive Hibaldstow is committed to upholding ethical standards and fundamental human rights, we are proactive in ensuring modern slavery is not taking place within our business.

  2. Scope

    Our modern slavery policy is applicable to all staff, employed or self-employed, customers, and visitors at Skydive Hibaldstow and it is their duty to prevent and report
    any concerns relating to modern slavery.

    If you are unsure whether particular actions breach the Modern Slavery Act 2015 you are advised to raise your concern with Skydive Hibaldstow’s Management or contact
    safeguarding@skydiving.co.uk.

  3. Our Commitment

    Skydive Hibaldstow considers its exposure to slavery or human trafficking to be relatively limited due to the nature of the business. Nonetheless we have taken steps to
    ensure that breaches do not take place in the business.

  4. Steps

    Skydive Hibaldstow ensures this policy is upheld by educating staff on the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and ensuring appropriate steps are in place in the instance of a
    breach. We provide a whistleblowing policy to implement a way to raise any concerns relating to modern slavery. Skydive Hibaldstow embed a zero tolerance policy towards modern slavery. Skydive Hibaldstow has an employment process which ensures all employees have the right to work within the UK.

  5. Actions

    Any employee who breaches our modern slavery policy will face disciplinary action, which could result is dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct.
